After the investigation, after the takedown, after the court actions in a big drug case, there's one last procedure for police officials. Every couple of years, the local agencies in the drug task force meet to divide seized money and assets among themselves.

A Cleveland man turned the tables on four robbers late Thursday, grabbing one their guns and shooting one of the suspects dead. The dead man, 20-year-old Terrance Manning, was released from prison Aug. 21 after serving two years on robbery and weapons charges.
